Tokyo Electron (OTCMKTS:TOELY) Limited is a Japanese manufacturer of semiconductor production equipment. The company supplies tools used throughout the wafer-fabrication process, including coater/developers for lithography, plasma etch systems, deposition equipment, wafer-cleaning systems, thermal processing equipment and wafer-probing systems.
