About CyberAgent

CyberAgent (OTCMKTS:CYAGF) is a Tokyo-based digital services company founded in 1998 by Susumu Fujita. The firm operates across three primary segments—digital advertising, gaming and media—serving clients and consumers mainly in Japan and select markets in Asia. Its headquarters in Shibuya, Tokyo, houses its leadership team led by Fujita in his roles as founder and chief executive officer.

In the digital advertising arena, CyberAgent provides performance marketing, programmatic display advertising, social media promotion and strategic consulting services. The company leverages proprietary ad-tech platforms and data analytics to help brands optimize campaign targeting, measure outcomes and drive customer engagement on both desktop and mobile channels.

CyberAgent’s gaming arm is anchored by subsidiary Cygames, established in 2011. Cygames develops and publishes popular mobile titles—such as Granblue Fantasy, Shadowverse and Princess Connect! Re:Dive—across domestic and global app stores. The studio emphasizes live-service content, regular in-game events and community building to sustain player engagement.

Beyond advertising and gaming, CyberAgent operates digital media properties including the Ameba blogging service and the internet TV platform AbemaTV, launched in 2016 in partnership with TV Asahi to deliver news, sports and entertainment programming. The company also runs CyberAgent Capital, a corporate venture arm that invests in emerging internet and technology startups to support innovation and long-term growth.
