About Bouygues

Bouygues (OTCMKTS:BOUYF) is a France-based diversified industrial group founded in 1952 by Francis Bouygues. The company operates through businesses focused on construction, energy and services, telecommunications, and media. Its activities serve public- and private-sector customers, including infrastructure owners, businesses, and consumers.

Through Bouygues Construction, Bouygues Immobilier, and Colas, the group provides building, civil engineering, property development, transport infrastructure, and road-construction services. Its energy and technical-services activities are conducted primarily through Equans, which Bouygues acquired from Engie in 2022 and which delivers electrical, heating, cooling, digital, industrial, and facilities-management solutions.

Bouygues also operates Bouygues Telecom, a telecommunications provider offering mobile, broadband, and related communications services in France. In media, the group owns TF1, a major French television and digital-content company. Bouygues serves customers in France and maintains international operations, particularly in European and other selected global markets. Martin Bouygues is chairman of the group, while Olivier Roussat serves as chief executive officer.
