About Immunocore

Immunocore (NASDAQ:IMCR) Holdings plc is a biotechnology company that develops T-cell receptor (TCR) therapies designed to direct the immune system against cancer and other serious diseases. Its ImmTAC platform uses engineered TCRs to recognize disease-related peptides presented on the surface of cells and recruit T cells to destroy targeted cells.

The company’s lead product is KIMMTRAK (tebentafusp-tebn), an ImmTAC therapy approved in the United States, European Union and other markets for the treatment of unresectable or metastatic uveal melanoma in certain patients. KIMMTRAK is designed to target gp100, a protein expressed by melanoma cells, and activate T cells against the tumor.

Immunocore is headquartered in Abingdon, United Kingdom, and serves international markets through its commercial and development activities. In addition to uveal melanoma, the company is advancing a pipeline of ImmTAC candidates being studied in other cancers, as well as exploring potential applications in infectious and autoimmune diseases.

Bahija Jallal has served as Immunocore’s chief executive officer since 2019. The company was founded in the United Kingdom and became publicly traded on the Nasdaq Stock Market in 2021 under the symbol IMCR.
