About Eureka Acquisition

Eureka Acquisition (NASDAQ:EURK) Co. (NASDAQ: EURK) is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) incorporated in Delaware in 2021. As a blank‐check vehicle, the company raised capital through an initial public offering to pursue mergers, acquisitions or other business combinations. Eureka Acquisition does not engage in any operational business activities of its own and has not yet announced a definitive target or transaction.

The company’s charter provides a fixed time frame—typically 24 to 36 months—to identify and complete a qualifying business combination. In the interim, proceeds from its IPO are held in a trust account and invested in U.S. government securities or money‐market instruments. Shareholders may redeem their shares for a pro rata portion of the trust balance if they do not approve a proposed transaction.

Eureka Acquisition is led by a management team with experience in finance, corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions. While the SPAC has not disclosed a specific industry focus, its board evaluates potential targets across a range of sectors and geographies. Following a successful business combination, the combined company would trade under a new ticker symbol and assume an operational profile in its chosen industry.
