Heico (NYSE:HEI.A) is an aerospace, defense, electronics and industrial technology company headquartered in Hollywood, Florida. Founded in 1957, the company develops and manufactures products used by commercial and military aircraft operators, aerospace and defense contractors, space systems providers, medical companies, telecommunications firms and other industrial customers. HEICO serves customers in the United States and international markets.

The company operates through two principal segments. Its Flight Support Group produces FAA-approved replacement parts and components for aircraft and jet engines, as well as specialty products and services for the aviation market. Its offerings include aircraft and engine accessories, structural components, replacement parts and maintenance, repair and overhaul services, helping airlines and other operators maintain aircraft while managing maintenance costs.

HEICO’s Electronic Technologies Group supplies specialized electronic equipment and components for aerospace, defense, space, medical, telecommunications and other applications. Its products include power conversion equipment, high-power amplifiers, radio-frequency and microwave components, electronic warfare and signal-processing systems, cockpit and avionics equipment, and other advanced electronic technologies. The company has expanded its capabilities over time through internal development and acquisitions. HEICO has been led by members of the Mendelson family for several decades, including Co-Chief Executive Officers Eric A. Mendelson and Victor H. Mendelson.
