About Liberty Broadband

Liberty Broadband (NASDAQ:LBRDK) is a holding company focused primarily on communications and broadband businesses. Its principal assets include GCI Holdings, LLC, an Alaska-based telecommunications provider, and an ownership interest in Charter Communications, Inc., a major U.S. broadband and cable operator.

Through GCI, Liberty Broadband provides broadband internet, wireless communications, video, voice, data networking and other telecommunications services to residential, business, government and wholesale customers. GCI serves communities throughout Alaska, including areas where telecommunications infrastructure can be challenging to deploy. Charter Communications operates across numerous U.S. markets under the Spectrum brand, offering internet, mobile, video and voice services.

Liberty Broadband was established in 2014 through a spin-off from Liberty Interactive Corporation. The company is chaired by John C. Malone, and Sean P. Sullivan serves as president and chief executive officer. Its Class C common stock trades on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol LBRDK.
