About Site Centers

Site Centers (NYSE:SITC) (NYSE: SITC) is a real estate investment trust that owns, operates and manages open-air shopping centers in the United States. Its portfolio is primarily composed of grocery-anchored and necessity-oriented retail properties that serve everyday consumer needs, including supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, personal services and other convenience-focused businesses.

The company’s properties are generally located in suburban communities and are leased to a diverse range of national, regional and local retailers. SITE Centers seeks to create value through property operations, leasing, redevelopment and the strategic management of its retail portfolio.

The company was formerly known as DDR Corp. and adopted the SITE Centers name in 2018. In 2024, SITE Centers separated a portfolio of convenience-oriented retail properties into Curbline Properties Corp., allowing SITE Centers to focus primarily on larger, grocery-anchored shopping centers. David R. Lukes has served as the company’s president and chief executive officer.
