About Ryanair

Ryanair (NASDAQ:RYAAY) is an Irish airline group that operates low-cost, scheduled passenger services primarily across Europe. Through its operating airlines, including Ryanair, Ryanair UK, Malta Air, Buzz and Lauda, the group connects a broad network of destinations with a focus on affordable fares, high aircraft utilization and short-haul travel.

The company serves markets throughout the United Kingdom and continental Europe, as well as selected destinations in North Africa and the Middle East. In addition to passenger transportation, Ryanair generates revenue from ancillary services such as priority boarding, reserved seating, checked baggage, onboard sales and other travel-related services.

Ryanair was established in Ireland in 1984 and initially operated a route between Ireland and the United Kingdom before expanding into a major European low-cost carrier. The group is led by Group Chief Executive Michael O’Leary, who has been associated with the company’s growth and low-cost operating strategy for several decades. Its American depositary shares trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol RYAAY.
