About Rush Enterprises

Rush Enterprises (NASDAQ:RUSHA) operates Rush Truck Centers, a network of commercial vehicle dealerships serving the transportation and related industries in the United States. The company sells new and used heavy- and medium-duty trucks, including vehicles from manufacturers such as Peterbilt, International, Isuzu, Ford and IC Bus.

In addition to vehicle sales, Rush Truck Centers provides aftermarket support through parts distribution, maintenance and repair services, mobile service, collision repair, equipment leasing and rental, and other solutions designed to support commercial fleets. Its offerings serve trucking companies, construction businesses, municipalities, utility operators and other organizations that rely on commercial vehicles.

Rush Enterprises traces its origins to a truck dealership established in Houston, Texas, in 1965. The company is headquartered in New Braunfels, Texas, and operates dealerships and related facilities across more than 20 states, giving it a broad geographic presence in major U.S. freight and commercial transportation markets.
