About Immuneering

Immuneering (NASDAQ:IMRX) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing medicines for cancer patients with limited treatment options. The company’s research centers on the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway, a cellular signaling network frequently altered in solid tumors, including cancers driven by RAS mutations.

Immuneering’s lead product candidate is IMM-1-104, an oral therapy designed to provide deep and sustained inhibition of the MAPK pathway while using intermittent exposure to help normal cells recover. The candidate is being evaluated in clinical studies for advanced solid tumors, including pancreatic cancer. The company is also developing IMM-6-415, a next-generation investigational treatment intended for RAS-mutant cancers.

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Immuneering became a publicly traded company in 2021. Its programs are being developed through clinical research and collaborations with treatment centers, primarily for patients with advanced cancers in the United States and other regions where its trials are conducted. Benjamin Zeskind, Ph.D., is a co-founder and has served as the company’s chief executive officer.
