International Consolidated Airlines Group (OTCMKTS:ICAGY) S.A. (OTCMKTS:ICAGY), commonly known as IAG, is an airline holding company formed in 2011 through the merger of British Airways and Iberia. The group is headquartered in London and Madrid and has shares listed in the United Kingdom and Spain.

IAG’s principal businesses include British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Vueling and LEVEL. These airlines provide scheduled passenger and cargo air transportation across Europe and to destinations in North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia. The group also operates businesses supporting its airlines, including IAG Cargo, the loyalty program IAG Loyalty and shared-services provider IAG GBS.

IAG serves leisure and business travelers through a range of full-service, low-cost and long-haul airline brands. Luis Gallego has served as the group’s chief executive officer since 2020, having previously led Iberia, while Javier Ferrán has served as chairman. The company’s strategy centers on managing a portfolio of airline brands and coordinating network, commercial and operational activities across the group.
