About U.S. GoldMining

U.S. GoldMining (NASDAQ:USGO) is a mineral exploration and development company focused on advancing the Whistler Gold-Copper Project in Alaska. The company is not a producer and does not currently offer commercial mining products; its activities center on exploration, technical studies, resource evaluation and project development.

The Whistler project is located in southwestern Alaska, approximately 170 kilometers northwest of Anchorage. It comprises a large land package that includes the Whistler, Raintree and Island Mountain mineralized deposits. The project is being evaluated for its potential to host a large-scale gold-copper mining operation, subject to further exploration, permitting, financing and development work.

U.S. GoldMining was established as a U.S.-focused exploration company associated with GoldMining Inc. and became publicly traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market in 2023. The company is headquartered in Canada and conducts its principal exploration activities in Alaska. Tim Smith serves as chief executive officer and director.
