About DHL Group

DHL Group (OTCMKTS:DHLGY) is a global logistics and postal services company headquartered in Bonn, Germany. The group provides international express delivery, freight transportation, contract logistics, supply chain management, e-commerce logistics and domestic mail and parcel services.

Its principal business divisions include DHL Express, DHL Global Forwarding and Freight, DHL Supply Chain, DHL eCommerce and the Post & Parcel Germany division. Services range from time-definite document and parcel delivery to air, ocean and road freight forwarding, warehousing, fulfillment, customs support and logistics solutions tailored to business customers.

The company traces its roots to Deutsche Bundespost’s postal operations and became a privatized company, Deutsche Post AG, in the 1990s. In 2015, the group changed its name to Deutsche Post DHL Group and later became DHL Group. It serves customers across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. Tobias Meyer has served as chief executive officer since May 2023.
