About DHL Group

DHL Group (OTCMKTS:DHLGY) is a Germany-based logistics and postal services company headquartered in Bonn. Formerly known as Deutsche Post DHL Group, the company operates through a global network serving customers in more than 220 countries and territories. Its businesses support the movement, storage and delivery of documents, goods and parcels across international supply chains.

The company’s principal operations include DHL Express, which provides time-definite international document and parcel delivery; Global Forwarding, Freight, which arranges air, ocean, road and rail transportation; and DHL Supply Chain, which offers contract logistics, warehousing and supply chain management services. DHL also operates eCommerce delivery services and Post & Parcel Germany, which provides domestic mail and parcel delivery in Germany.

DHL traces its origins to the international courier company founded in San Francisco in 1969. Deutsche Post was privatized in the 1990s and acquired DHL in 2002, combining its postal and logistics operations under the Deutsche Post DHL Group name. The group adopted the DHL Group name in 2023. Tobias Meyer has served as chief executive officer since May 2023.
