About Dorchester Minerals

Dorchester Minerals (NASDAQ:DMLP) (NASDAQ: DMLP) is a publicly traded limited partnership that owns and manages mineral, royalty, overriding royalty and net profits interests in oil and natural gas properties in the United States. Rather than primarily drilling and operating wells, the partnership typically leases its mineral interests to exploration and production companies and receives royalty and other payments from the resulting production.

The partnership’s assets are located across several major U.S. oil and gas regions, including the Permian Basin, Haynesville and other producing areas. Its interests may include oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids, providing exposure to production from properties operated by a range of third-party energy companies.

Dorchester Minerals traces its history to the consolidation of mineral and royalty interests held by the Dorchester family and became a publicly traded partnership in 2003. The company is based in Dallas, Texas, and is structured to distribute a substantial portion of its available cash flow to unitholders, subject to the performance of its underlying properties and other partnership considerations.
