About Intensity Therapeutics

Intensity Therapeutics (NASDAQ:INTS), Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing cancer immunotherapies designed to treat solid tumors and stimulate the body’s immune system. The company’s approach is based on its proprietary DfuseRx technology, which is intended to improve the delivery of anticancer agents into tumor cells while promoting an immune response against treated and potentially untreated tumors.

Its lead product candidate, INT230-6, is an investigational intratumoral therapy that combines the cancer-killing agents cisplatin and vinblastine with a formulation designed to facilitate their distribution within tumors. The treatment is being evaluated in clinical studies involving patients with advanced solid tumors, both as a standalone therapy and in combination with other immunotherapies.

Intensity Therapeutics was founded in 2012 and is based in the United States. The company has focused on developing therapies for cancers that may be difficult to treat with conventional systemic approaches. Its programs remain investigational and are subject to clinical development and regulatory review. Lewis H. Berman has served as the company’s president and chief executive officer.
