About ATI

ATI (NYSE:ATI) (NYSE: ATI) is a specialty materials and components manufacturer serving the aerospace and defense, energy, medical, and industrial markets. The company develops and produces technically demanding materials and engineered components designed for applications that require high strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, or reduced weight.

ATI’s products include nickel-based superalloys, titanium and titanium-based materials, specialty steels, cobalt- and zirconium-based alloys, and other advanced materials. Its manufacturing capabilities include melting, forging, rolling, precision machining, and the production of highly engineered components and finished parts for commercial aerospace engines, airframes, defense systems, and other industrial applications.

The company has roots dating to the formation of Allegheny Technologies in 1996 through the combination of Allegheny Ludlum and Teledyne specialty metals operations. ATI serves customers through manufacturing and distribution operations in the United States and internationally. Robert S. Wetherbee serves as the company’s president and chief executive officer.
