About Bloom Energy

Bloom Energy (NYSE:BE) (NYSE: BE) develops and manufactures energy-generation and hydrogen technologies. Its primary product is the Bloom Energy Server, a solid-oxide fuel cell system designed to produce electricity onsite from fuels such as natural gas, biogas and hydrogen. The company’s distributed-generation systems are intended to provide reliable, low-emission power for commercial and industrial facilities, data centers, utilities and other large energy users.

Bloom Energy also produces electrolyzers that use electricity to separate water into hydrogen and oxygen. These systems are designed to support the production of low-carbon hydrogen and can be used in industrial and energy applications. The company markets its technologies as alternatives or supplements to conventional grid power and centralized generation.

Founded in 2001 and headquartered in San Jose, California, Bloom Energy serves customers in the United States and international markets. Its systems have been deployed across multiple industries, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and telecommunications. Founder and Chief Executive Officer K. R. Sridhar leads the company.
