Red Rock Resorts (NASDAQ:RRR) is a gaming and entertainment company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Through its subsidiary Station Casinos, the company owns and operates casino resorts, hotel properties, and neighborhood casinos, with a primary focus on the Southern Nevada market.

Its properties offer casino gaming, hotel accommodations, restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, meeting and event spaces, and other amenities. The portfolio includes Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino, Durango Casino & Resort, Palace Station, Boulder Station, Sunset Station, Santa Fe Station, and a number of Wildfire casino locations. Station Casinos also provides management services for certain Native American-owned casinos, including Graton Resort & Casino in Northern California.

The company traces its roots to Station Casinos, which was founded in 1976 by Frank Fertitta Jr. Red Rock Resorts became a publicly traded company in 2016. Frank J. Fertitta III serves as chief executive officer, and the company remains closely associated with the Fertitta family, which has played a central role in its development and ownership.
