About Five Point

Five Point (NYSE:FPH) (NYSE: FPH) is a California-based real estate development company that owns and develops large-scale, mixed-use master-planned communities. Its projects typically combine residential neighborhoods with commercial, retail, office, educational, recreational and public-space components.

The company’s principal developments include Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine, Newhall Ranch in Los Angeles County and Valencia in Santa Clarita. These communities are designed to provide a range of housing options alongside parks, trails, schools, business areas and other amenities. Five Point’s activities include land planning, infrastructure development, entitlement work and the sale of finished or partially developed land to homebuilders and other commercial developers.

Five Point was established as a successor to community-development operations associated with Lennar Corporation and became a publicly traded company in 2016. Its operations have primarily focused on major coastal and Southern California markets, with an emphasis on creating integrated communities in areas where new housing and infrastructure are in demand.
