About SkyWest

SkyWest (NASDAQ:SKYW) is a regional airline holding company headquartered in St. George, Utah. Its principal subsidiary, SkyWest Airlines, provides scheduled passenger air service on behalf of major U.S. airlines through capacity purchase and codeshare agreements.

SkyWest Airlines operates flights under the United Express, Delta Connection, American Eagle and Alaska Airlines brands. Its services connect smaller and midsize communities with larger hub airports across the United States, with additional service to destinations in Canada and Mexico. The company operates a fleet of regional jets, including Embraer and Bombardier aircraft.

Founded in 1972, SkyWest has expanded from a small regional carrier into one of the largest regional airlines in the United States. SkyWest, Inc. also operates SkyWest Charter, which provides charter air transportation services. The company is led by President and Chief Executive Officer Chip Childs.
