About EVE

EVE (NYSE:EVEX), doing business through its subsidiary Eve Air Mobility, develops electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft and related solutions for urban air mobility. Its aircraft are designed to support short, low-emission passenger flights, including air-taxi services, airport transfers and other point-to-point transportation applications.

In addition to its eVTOL aircraft, Eve is developing an urban air traffic management software platform intended to help coordinate and manage advanced air mobility operations. The company is also working on associated services and operational infrastructure to support customers as electric air-taxi networks are introduced.

Eve was established with backing from Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer and became a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange in 2022 through a business combination with Zanite Acquisition Corp. The company is developing its aircraft and production capabilities in Brazil while pursuing potential commercial operations with customers and partners in markets including North America, Europe, Brazil and other international regions. Eve Air Mobility is led by Chief Executive Officer Johann Bordais, a former senior executive at Embraer.
