Why I went to Mount Rushmore
A small miner just hit on gold in the hills surrounding Mount Rushmore, thanks to a breakthrough new technology. This could be one of the biggest gold finds since the 1870s, yet the stock still trades around 6 dollars. BlackRock and Vanguard have been quietly loading up on shares while most investors have missed the story. The same technology is unlocking hidden resource wealth across America, driving stocks up 227 percent, 378 percent, and even 773 percent.tc pixel

About Chatham Lodging Trust

Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE:CLDT) was a self-advised lodging real estate investment trust that owned a portfolio of upscale, premium-branded select-service and extended-stay hotels in the United States. Its properties primarily operated under franchise agreements with major hospitality companies, including Marriott International, Hilton, Hyatt Hotels and InterContinental Hotels Group.

The company’s hotel portfolio included brands such as Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn, Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn and Hyatt Place. These properties generally served business and leisure travelers and were located in attractive lodging markets, including major metropolitan areas, coastal destinations and other high-demand locations.

Chatham Lodging Trust was founded in 2009 and became a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange in 2010 under the symbol CLDT. Jeffrey H. Fisher served as the company’s president and chief executive officer for much of its public history. Chatham was acquired in a transaction with an affiliate of Brookfield Asset Management that was completed in 2022, after which it was no longer publicly traded.
