About Targa Resources

Targa Resources (NYSE:TRGP) Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) is a Houston-based midstream energy company that owns, operates and develops infrastructure for gathering, processing, transporting, storing and exporting natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs), crude oil and refined petroleum products. Its operations connect producers with domestic and international markets across key U.S. energy-producing regions.

The company’s assets include natural gas gathering and processing systems, NGL pipelines, fractionation facilities, storage assets and export terminals. Targa separates NGLs such as ethane, propane, normal butane and natural gasoline from natural gas and prepares these products for transportation, domestic consumption and export. Its logistics and marketing activities also support the movement of crude oil, refined products and other hydrocarbon commodities.

Targa serves major producing areas including the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico, the Bakken Basin in North Dakota and the Rocky Mountain region, as well as other U.S. markets. The company’s Gulf Coast infrastructure provides access to petrochemical customers and international buyers. Founded in 2003, Targa has expanded through organic development and acquisitions and is led by President and Chief Executive Officer Matthew J. Meloy.
