About Liberty Media Corporation - Liberty Formula One Series C

Liberty Media Corporation’s Liberty Formula One Series C represents a non-voting tracking stock associated with the company’s Formula One Group. The group’s principal business is the ownership and operation of Formula 1, the international motorsport championship, through its control of the championship’s commercial rights.

Formula 1 generates revenue through broadcast and digital media rights, race-promotion agreements, sponsorships, hospitality, licensing and other commercial partnerships. The championship features events hosted by organizers in markets across Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East and Australia, giving Liberty Media a globally distributed sports and entertainment business.

Liberty Media acquired Formula 1 in 2017 from funds managed by CVC Capital Partners and subsequently developed its global media, marketing and fan-engagement operations. The Formula One Group also includes Liberty Media’s interest in MotoGP following the completion of its acquisition of Dorna Sports in 2025. Formula 1 is led by President and Chief Executive Officer Stefano Domenicali, while Liberty Media oversees the broader corporate structure and related businesses.
