KBC Group (OTCMKTS:KBCSY) NV is a Belgium-based financial group that provides banking and insurance services to individuals, businesses and institutional clients. Through its banking operations, the company offers deposit accounts, consumer and mortgage lending, payment services, investment products, wealth management, leasing and corporate finance. Its insurance activities include life and non-life insurance, including coverage for property, automobiles, health and other personal and commercial risks.

KBC primarily serves customers in Belgium and selected Central and Eastern European markets, including the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Bulgaria. The group combines banking and insurance services through an integrated business model, with digital platforms and mobile banking applications forming an important part of its customer offering. KBC also provides services to small and medium-sized enterprises, larger corporations and private-banking clients.

The group traces its origins to Belgian financial institutions established in the 19th century and was formed in 1998 through the combination of Kredietbank, CERA Bank and ABB Insurance. KBC Group is headquartered in Brussels and operates through subsidiaries including KBC Bank and KBC Insurance. Luc Popelier has served as chief executive officer since July 2025.
