About ENEOS

ENEOS (OTCMKTS:JXHLY) is a Tokyo-based integrated energy company primarily engaged in the exploration, production, refining and distribution of petroleum products. Under its ENEOS brand, the company supplies gasoline, diesel and jet fuel to automotive, aviation and industrial customers. It also produces lubricants, base oils and petrochemicals for manufacturing, marine and consumer applications.

In addition to its core oil and gas operations, ENEOS holds interests in resource development and trading of nonferrous metals through its metals and mining segment. The company has expanded into renewable energy, investing in solar power generation and wind projects in Japan and selected overseas markets as part of its strategy to diversify its portfolio and reduce carbon emissions.

Formed in 2017 through the integration of the oil businesses of JX Holdings and TonenGeneral Sekiyu, the company unified its activities under the ENEOS name in 2020. Headquartered in Tokyo, ENEOS serves customers across Japan while maintaining downstream, trading and retail networks in Asia, Oceania and other international markets. Its infrastructure includes refineries, petrochemical plants, bulk terminals and an extensive service-station network.

ENEOS’s senior management team is based in Tokyo and oversees operations spanning upstream exploration, midstream processing and downstream distribution. The company continues to pursue innovation in alternative energy and environmental solutions, aiming to enhance energy efficiency and support the global transition to cleaner power sources.
