About Osisko Development

Osisko Development (NYSE:OGG) is a mineral exploration and development company focused primarily on advancing gold projects in North America. The company’s activities include exploration, resource evaluation, mine planning, permitting, project development and, where applicable, the operation of mining assets.

Its flagship asset is the Cariboo Gold Project in central British Columbia, Canada, a district-scale gold project that includes the historic Barkerville mining area and the Cow Mountain, Bonanza Ledge and Island Mountain deposits. Osisko Development is also advancing the Tintic Project in Utah, which contains gold, copper and other mineralization and includes the historic Trixie underground mine.

The company’s portfolio has also included the San Antonio gold project in Sonora, Mexico. Osisko Development was created as an independent company through the reorganization and spinout of certain assets from Osisko Gold Royalties in 2020. Its strategy is centered on developing a portfolio of permitted or advanced-stage precious-metals projects in established mining jurisdictions.
