About Dogness (International)

Dogness (International) (NASDAQ:DOGZ) is a pet-products company that designs, manufactures and sells products for dogs and cats. Its offerings include traditional pet accessories such as leashes, collars, harnesses, beds and feeding products, as well as connected or “smart” pet-care devices.

The company’s smart-product portfolio has included automatic feeders, water fountains, treat-dispensing devices and other technology-enabled products intended to help pet owners monitor and care for their animals. Dogness sells through online and offline channels and serves customers in China and international markets, including North America, Europe and other regions.

Dogness was established in China and is headquartered in Dongguan, Guangdong Province. The company became publicly traded in the United States in 2017. Its leadership has included founder and Chairman Daxiang Chen, who has also served as the company’s chief executive officer.
