Rhinebeck Bancorp (NASDAQ:RBKB) is the holding company for Rhinebeck Bank, a community bank headquartered in Rhinebeck, New York. The bank provides banking and financial services to individuals, families, businesses and municipalities in the Hudson Valley region of New York.

Rhinebeck Bank offers deposit products, including checking, savings, money market and certificate of deposit accounts. Its lending activities include residential mortgages, home equity loans, commercial real estate financing, commercial and industrial loans, construction loans and consumer lending. The bank also provides online and mobile banking, treasury management and other customary banking services.

Rhinebeck Bank traces its history to 1864 and has historically focused on serving communities in the Hudson Valley, including areas of Dutchess, Ulster and surrounding counties. Rhinebeck Bancorp became a publicly traded company following the bank’s mutual-to-stock conversion and initial public offering in 2019. The company is led by President and Chief Executive Officer Michael J. Quinn.
