About Atlanta Braves

Atlanta Braves (OTCMKTS:BATRB) owns and operates the Atlanta Braves, a Major League Baseball franchise based in Atlanta, Georgia. The organization manages the team’s baseball operations, ticketing, sponsorships, broadcasting, merchandising and related fan-experience activities.

The company also owns and operates Truist Park, the Braves’ home stadium in Cobb County, Georgia, along with The Battery Atlanta, a mixed-use development surrounding the ballpark. The Battery Atlanta includes restaurants, retail, office, residential, entertainment and hospitality offerings, providing the organization with business activities beyond professional sports.

The Braves franchise traces its history to 1871 and is one of Major League Baseball’s oldest continuously operating teams. Originally based in Boston, the franchise moved to Milwaukee in 1953 and then to Atlanta in 1966. Atlanta Braves Holdings was formed as a separately traded public company following the reorganization of Liberty Media’s Braves-related assets. The organization is led by Chairman Terry McGuirk, while baseball operations are overseen by President of Baseball Operations Alex Anthopoulos.
