About Canadian Tire

Canadian Tire (OTCMKTS:CDNAF) is a diversified Canadian retail company founded in Toronto in 1922 by John William Billes and Alfred Jackson Billes. Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, the company operates a network of retail stores, digital channels and petroleum outlets across Canada. Through its integrated business model, Canadian Tire serves both urban and rural markets with a broad selection of products and services.

The company’s retail segment comprises its flagship Canadian Tire stores and branded gas bars, offering automotive parts and maintenance services, hardware and home improvement supplies, sports and leisure equipment, and seasonal merchandise. Specialty banners include PartSource, which focuses on automotive parts and accessories, and Mark’s, a retailer of workwear, casual apparel and footwear. Canadian Tire’s FGL Sports division operates Sport Chek, Atmosphere and Sports Experts, catering to a range of athletic and outdoor enthusiasts.

Canadian Tire Bank delivers consumer financial services, including credit card programs, installment loans and deposit products. The Triangle Rewards loyalty program enables customers to earn and redeem points across the company’s retail and petroleum operations. In addition, Canadian Tire Insurance Services offers home, auto and recreational vehicle insurance products in partnership with licensed underwriters.

Complementing its operating businesses, Canadian Tire Real Estate Investment Trust (CT REIT) holds and manages a portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties, many of which are leased to Canadian Tire and its affiliate banners. This real estate arm provides stable rental income and supports the company’s long-term growth strategy. Overseen by an experienced senior management team at its Toronto headquarters, Canadian Tire continues to expand its multi-channel capabilities and reinforce its position in the Canadian marketplace.
