Here’s the stock symbol I’ve promised
Whitney Tilson of Stansberry Research has long recommended Berkshire Hathaway as a core retirement holding - but now he believes he's found something better. This under-the-radar company sits at the intersection of America's two most important industries, including AI, pays massive dividends, and attracted a famous money manager who put 60% of his multi-billion-dollar fund into it. About San Juan Basin Royalty Trust

San Juan Basin Royalty Trust (NYSE:SJT) is a publicly traded grantor trust that holds royalty interests in oil and natural gas properties located in the San Juan Basin of northwestern New Mexico. The trust does not operate wells or provide energy services directly; instead, it receives proceeds from the production of hydrocarbons from its underlying interests.

The trust’s assets consist primarily of interests in producing and potentially producing oil and natural gas properties. Revenue is derived from the sale of production, after applicable production costs and other deductions. Distributable proceeds are generally passed to the trust’s unit holders in accordance with the trust agreement.

San Juan Basin Royalty Trust was established in 1980 and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol SJT. Its operations and production levels depend on the activities of the operators and working-interest owners responsible for developing and maintaining the underlying properties in the San Juan Basin.
