The company was formerly known as Hemispherx Biopharma Inc. and adopted the name AIM ImmunoTech in 2019. Its corporate headquarters are in Ocala, Florida, and its programs are primarily directed toward the U.S. market while also involving international research and development activities. Thomas K. Equels serves as the company’s president and chief executive officer.
