About Ebara

Ebara (OTCMKTS:EBCOY) (OTCMKTS:EBCOY) is a Tokyo‐headquartered engineering firm with a history dating back to its founding in 1912 as a pump manufacturer. Over more than a century of operations, the company has expanded its expertise to encompass a broad array of industrial and environmental machinery. Ebara’s core mission centers on delivering reliable, high‐performance equipment that supports critical infrastructure projects and industrial processes worldwide.

The company’s business is organized into three primary segments. In Fluid Machinery & Systems, Ebara designs and manufactures centrifugal and positive‐displacement pumps, compressors and turbo machinery for applications such as water supply, sewage handling, petrochemical processing and power generation. Its Precision Machinery division produces semiconductor manufacturing equipment, dry vacuum pumps, and specialized chocolate processing machines for the food industry. Under its Environmental Engineering arm, Ebara develops and constructs water‐ and waste‐treatment facilities, desalination plants, incineration and waste‐to‐energy systems, as well as turnkey solutions for air‐pollution control in steel and chemical plants.

Ebara maintains a global footprint, with manufacturing and service facilities across Asia, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. Through a network of group companies and technical centers, the firm provides installation, maintenance and aftermarket support to customers in municipal water authorities, oil and gas producers, chemical processors and semiconductor foundries. Continuous investment in research and development underpins Ebara’s focus on energy efficiency, digital monitoring technologies and advanced materials, positioning the company to address evolving environmental regulations and industrial sustainability goals.
