About SIM Acquisition Corp. I

SIM Acquisition Corp. I (NASDAQ:SIMA) is a Delaware‐incorporated special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed to effect a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. Since completing its initial public offering in March 2021, the company has focused on identifying targets in the technology, digital media, sports, entertainment and consumer sectors.

The proceeds from its IPO are held in a trust account pending shareholder approval of its initial business combination. SIM Acquisition Corp. I intends to pursue transactions primarily in the United States, while remaining open to select opportunities in international markets. Management emphasizes partnerships with companies that leverage digital platforms, content‐driven models and scalable consumer offerings to drive long-term value.

Although the company has not yet announced a definitive business combination, its leadership team brings experience in media, entertainment and consumer‐facing enterprises. Shareholders have the option to redeem their shares if they do not support a proposed transaction, and the company continues to conduct diligence and engage with potential counterparties in line with its stated acquisition strategy.
