About LiveWire Group

LiveWire Group (NYSE:LVWR) is an electric-motorcycle company focused on developing, manufacturing and selling battery-powered motorcycles and related products. The company operates under the LiveWire brand and aims to provide electric alternatives for urban transportation, recreational riding and broader powersports applications.

Its product portfolio has included the LiveWire ONE, an electric motorcycle originally introduced by Harley-Davidson, as well as newer models such as the S2 Del Mar, S2 Mulholland and S2 Alpinista. The company also offers related accessories, apparel and merchandise, while building supporting software, charging and ownership services for electric-motorcycle riders.

LiveWire was established as an electric-motorcycle division of Harley-Davidson and became an independent public company in 2022 through a business combination with a special purpose acquisition company. Harley-Davidson remains associated with the business as a strategic shareholder and partner. LiveWire sells and supports its motorcycles primarily in North America and selected European markets, with operations and distribution designed to expand the adoption of electric two-wheelers.

The company is led by Karim Donnez, who serves as president and chief executive officer. LiveWire Group is headquartered in the United States and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol LVWR.
