About Energy Fuels

Energy Fuels (NYSEAMERICAN:UUUU). is a uranium and critical minerals company focused on the production, recovery, recycling and exploration of uranium and other strategic materials. Its principal product is uranium oxide concentrate, commonly known as yellowcake, which is used as fuel for nuclear power generation.

The company owns and operates the White Mesa Mill in Utah, a licensed facility that processes uranium-bearing ores and other materials. The mill also supports the recovery of vanadium and the production of mixed rare earth carbonate, which can be further processed into separated rare earth elements used in magnets, electronics, electric vehicles and other industrial applications. Energy Fuels has also pursued the recovery and production of medical isotopes and other critical minerals.

Energy Fuels’ mineral assets and development activities are primarily located in the United States, with additional international interests and supply relationships supporting its rare earth and critical minerals operations. The company is headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado, and is led by President and Chief Executive Officer Mark S. Chalmers.
