Oriental Land (OTCMKTS:OLCLY) Co., Ltd. is a Japanese entertainment company best known for operating Tokyo Disney Resort in Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture. The resort includes Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, along with Disney-themed hotels, shopping and dining facilities, and related leisure attractions. Oriental Land operates the resort under a licensing agreement with The Walt Disney Company.

Founded in 1960, Oriental Land initially focused on developing land and tourist facilities in the Maihama area. Tokyo Disneyland opened in 1983, followed by Tokyo DisneySea in 2001. The company has expanded the resort over time through new attractions, entertainment offerings, hotels, retail locations and transportation services, including the Disney Resort Line monorail.

Oriental Land’s business is primarily centered on serving domestic and international visitors to Tokyo Disney Resort. Its operations include theme parks, hotel and resort activities, and other businesses connected with hospitality, merchandise, food and beverages, and entertainment.
