About Erasca

Erasca (NASDAQ:ERAS) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing treatments for cancers driven by abnormalities in the RAS/MAPK signaling pathway. The company’s research and development strategy is centered on precision oncology, with the goal of addressing cancers that have historically been difficult to treat because of mutations in RAS and related proteins.

Erasca’s lead investigational program is daraxonrasib, also known as RMC-6236, an oral RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor designed to target active RAS proteins. The therapy has been evaluated in clinical studies involving advanced solid tumors, including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer. The company has also developed additional programs aimed at targets within the RAS/MAPK pathway, including investigational agents directed at specific RAS mutations and pathway regulators.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in San Diego, California, Erasca conducts research and clinical development activities intended to serve patients with advanced cancers in the United States and other markets where its trials and programs are available. The company was co-founded by Jonathan Lim, M.D., a biotechnology executive and physician-scientist who has served as Erasca’s chief executive officer and chairman. As a clinical-stage biotechnology company, Erasca’s programs remain investigational and are subject to clinical, regulatory and commercial development.
