Elon says the ‘S’ word
Elon Musk and Sam Altman have sued each other and feuded for years. James Altucher says the idea once belonged to science fiction. Now he connects it to a move Musk could make as soon as October 21, and lays out what both men see coming in a short presentation.tc pixel

About Chesapeake Granite Wash Trust

Chesapeake Granite Wash Trust (OTCMKTS:CHKR) is a Delaware statutory trust that holds royalty and net profits interests in oil and natural gas properties located in the Granite Wash region of western Oklahoma, primarily in Washita and Custer counties. The trust was established in 2011 in connection with the transfer of interests by Chesapeake Energy Corporation and related entities.

The trust does not explore for, develop, or operate oil and gas wells itself. Instead, it receives distributions based on production from the underlying properties, which include interests in producing wells and certain development properties. Its income is therefore tied to the volume of oil and natural gas produced, commodity prices, operating expenses, and the performance of the operators responsible for the wells.

As a statutory trust, Chesapeake Granite Wash Trust is overseen by a trustee rather than managed like a conventional operating company with a broad executive organization. Its principal activity is administering the conveyed royalty interests and distributing available proceeds to its trust unitholders.
