AI billionaires want YOUR electricity
More than 200 utilities, developers and states have joined a voluntary pledge to keep Big Tech's AI power costs off ordinary electric bills. But a pledge doesn't create new electricity. Data centers still need reliable, round-the-clock power, and compact factory-built reactors could fill that gap. See the overlooked companies positioned to supply the fuel and safety systems these reactors need.tc pixel

About ClearSign Technologies

ClearSign Technologies (NASDAQ:CLIR) is a clean energy technology company specializing in advanced combustion solutions that significantly reduce emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), and greenhouse gases from industrial and power generation sources. Established in 2010 and based in Santa Rosa, California, ClearSign has developed proprietary burner and sensing platforms designed to enhance fuel efficiency and environmental performance for gas turbines, furnaces, boilers, and incineration units.

The company’s core offerings center around two technology platforms: the XCL™ ultra-low NOx combustion system and the SGM™ (Syngas & Gas Measurement) sensor suite. The XCL system integrates patented burner designs and flame-stabilization techniques to achieve single-digit NOx emissions while maintaining stable combustion across a wide range of fuels. The SGM sensor suite delivers real-time, in-situ measurement of combustion parameters, enabling operators to optimize processes, minimize excess air, and further curb emissions. In 2018, ClearSign expanded its capabilities through the acquisition of Energy Reasoning, Inc., a developer of advanced chemical kinetics modeling software for combustion applications.

ClearSign serves a global customer base across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, targeting industries such as power generation, glass container manufacturing, petrochemicals, metals processing and industrial boilers. The company’s technologies have been deployed in retrofit and new-build projects, helping customers meet stringent local emissions regulations while improving overall thermal efficiency. Headquartered in Santa Rosa, ClearSign is led by a team of engineers and clean-technology veterans focused on bringing commercial-scale, low-emissions combustion solutions to market.
