About Immatics

Immatics (NASDAQ:IMTX) (NASDAQ: IMTX) is a biotechnology company focused on developing T cell receptor (TCR)-based therapies for the treatment of cancer. The company identifies cancer targets and designs treatments intended to direct a patient’s immune system toward tumor cells, including solid tumors that may be difficult to address with conventional immunotherapies.

Immatics’ technology platforms support several therapeutic approaches, including TCR-engineered T-cell therapies and TCR-based bispecific molecules that can engage both cancer targets and T cells. Its product pipeline has included candidates directed at targets such as PRAME, a tumor-associated antigen expressed in multiple cancers. The company also uses its target-discovery and validation platforms to identify and evaluate cancer antigens for potential drug development.

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Tübingen, Germany, Immatics has expanded its operations internationally, including a presence in the United States. The company develops therapies independently and through collaborations with pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners. Immatics is led by Chief Executive Officer Harpreet Singh, who has been associated with the company since its early development.
