About Cheniere Energy Partners

Cheniere Energy Partners (NYSE:CQP) (NYSE:CQP) is a publicly traded master limited partnership that owns and operates liquefied natural gas (LNG) infrastructure in the United States. The partnership is managed by Cheniere Energy, Inc. and focuses on the production, liquefaction, storage, and export of LNG, as well as the receipt and regasification of natural gas.

Cheniere Energy Partners’ principal assets include the Sabine Pass LNG facility in Louisiana and interests associated with the Corpus Christi LNG facility in Texas. These facilities process natural gas into LNG for transport by specialized vessels and include liquefaction trains, storage tanks, marine loading infrastructure, and related pipeline facilities. The company also provides regasification services, converting imported LNG back into natural gas for delivery into domestic pipeline systems.

The partnership’s LNG is sold primarily under long-term agreements to utilities, energy companies, and other customers in international markets. Its export infrastructure connects U.S. natural gas supplies with buyers across regions including Europe, Asia, and other global markets. Cheniere Energy Partners was formed in 2006 and completed its initial public offering in 2007. Jack Fusco serves as chief executive officer of Cheniere Energy and is also associated with the management of the partnership.
