Rohm (OTCMKTS:ROHCY) Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based semiconductor and electronic components manufacturer headquartered in Kyoto. The company develops and produces integrated circuits, discrete semiconductors, power devices, modules, sensors, and other components used in automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, and communications applications.

The company was established in 1958 as Toyo Denki Seisaku-sho and adopted the name ROHM in 1979. Its shares trade in the United States over the counter under the symbol ROHCY.
