About Valaris

Valaris (NYSE:VAL) (NYSE: VAL) is an offshore contract drilling company that provides drilling services to energy companies worldwide. The company supports exploration and production activities in offshore oil and natural gas fields, operating mobile offshore drilling units for customers under contract.

Valaris’ fleet includes drillships, semisubmersible rigs and jackup rigs. These units are designed for a range of offshore environments, from relatively shallow waters to deepwater and harsh-environment locations. Its services generally include drilling well sections, well construction support and related offshore rig operations.

The company serves major and independent energy producers across key offshore markets, including the Gulf of Mexico, the North Sea, the Middle East, the Asia-Pacific region and offshore Africa. Valaris was formed through the combination of Ensco and Rowan Companies and began operating under the Valaris name in 2020. The company is incorporated in Bermuda and maintains its principal executive offices in Houston, Texas.
