About Jollibee Foods

Jollibee Foods (OTCMKTS:JBFCY) is a Philippine-based food service company that operates and franchises quick-service restaurants and other food retail concepts. Its flagship Jollibee brand serves chicken, burgers, noodles, rice meals, breakfast items, desserts and beverages, with operations in the Philippines and international markets.

The company’s portfolio also includes brands such as Chowking, a Chinese-style quick-service restaurant; Greenwich, which specializes in pizza and pasta; Red Ribbon, a bakery and cake business; and Mang Inasal, known for grilled chicken and Filipino dishes. Jollibee Foods also operates other restaurant concepts and has expanded through acquisitions, partnerships and franchising.

Jollibee Foods traces its origins to an ice cream business established by the Tan family in the Philippines in 1975, with the first Jollibee restaurant opening in 1978. The company is led by Chairman Tony Tan Caktiong, its founder, and President and Chief Executive Officer Ernesto Tanmantiong. Its restaurant network serves customers across the Philippines and in selected markets in North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and elsewhere.
