About Critical Metals

Critical Metals (NASDAQ:CRML) is a mineral development company focused on advancing projects that supply critical raw materials for the electric vehicle, battery storage, renewable energy and technology industries. The company’s principal asset is the Wolfsberg Lithium Project in Carinthia, Austria, which is intended to produce battery-grade lithium hydroxide for European markets.

The Wolfsberg project includes planned mining, processing and refining operations designed to support an integrated European lithium supply chain. Critical Metals is working on permitting, engineering, financing and development activities required to advance the project toward production.

Critical Metals became a publicly traded company through a business combination with Sizzle Acquisition Corp. and began trading on Nasdaq under the symbol CRML in 2025. The company is led by Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Tony Sage. Its activities are primarily concentrated in Europe, with a focus on serving regional battery and electric vehicle supply chains.
