About Celularity

Celularity (NASDAQ:CELU) is a biotechnology company developing allogeneic cell therapies and biomaterial products derived from human placenta. The company’s research focuses on using placental cells and tissues to address unmet needs in oncology, immune-mediated diseases and regenerative medicine.

Celularity’s therapeutic pipeline has included CYNK-001, an off-the-shelf natural killer cell therapy being investigated for certain blood cancers, as well as other engineered and unmodified placental-derived cell programs.
