The company also holds options to acquire 50% interest in the Jackie Gold project covering an area of 1,130 hectares located within the west-central portion of the Sierra Madre Occidental Volcanic Complex; and the Diamante project covering an area of 1,057 hectares located near south-southwest of the towns of Tepoca and Carrizal. In addition, it holds an option to acquire 100% interest in the Mystery project covering an area of 8,750 hectares and located near Grand Falls, Newfoundland, Canada. The company was formerly known as First Labrador Acquisitions Inc. and changed its name to Silver Spruce Resources Inc. in October 2004. Silver Spruce Resources Inc. was incorporated in 1996 and is based in Bedford, Canada.
